Happy Monday Everyone! Whew....that weekend flew by!! Doesn't it always?
Time to get planning on my meals for this week...here's what I will be eating...
- Steel Cut Oatmeal with raisins, maple syrup and walnuts
- Banana wrap
|Whole grain wrap, all natural PB, banana and cinnamon|
- Eggs, nitrate free bacon, Ezekiel bread with all natural peanut butter
|Green Monster Smoothie|
- Apple & raw almonds
- Coconut Greek yogurt with berries and Natures Path Organic Granola
- Dr. Praegers Veggie Burgers with sweet potatoes and roasted okra
- Chipotle Black Bean Burgers in a lettuce wrap with roasted broccoli
|Beef and Onion Quiche|
- Eggs, nitrate free bacon, and avocado. I will make Bobs Red Mill 10 grain pancakes for the kids.
- Avocado Chicken Salad stuffed whole wheat pitas and roasted green beans

|Protein Chocolate Pudding|
- WATER (tons of it!) or at least half my body weight in ounces
- Green Tea or this Iced Green Tea
|Green tea with lemon|
- Black Coffee
- Chamomile tea at bedtime
