{Meal Planning Monday} 7/13/15


Happy Monday Everyone! Whew....that weekend flew by!! Doesn't it always?

Time to get planning on my meals for this week...here's what I will be eating...



Breakfast: 




Lunch:


  • Banana wrap
Whole grain wrap, all natural PB, banana and cinnamon

  • Leftovers
  • Eggs, nitrate free bacon, Ezekiel bread with all natural peanut butter


Snacks:


Green Monster Smoothie

  • Apple & raw almonds
  • Coconut Greek yogurt with berries and Natures Path Organic Granola
Skinny Peach Milkshake

Dinner:


  • Dr. Praegers Veggie Burgers with sweet potatoes and roasted okra


Beef and Onion quiche with spaghetti squash

  • Eggs, nitrate free bacon, and avocado. I will make Bobs Red Mill 10 grain pancakes for the kids.

Dessert/Treats:

Drinks:


  • WATER (tons of it!) or at least half my body weight in ounces

  • Black Coffee
  • Chamomile tea at bedtime

Workouts:

Yep...you guessed it...Tone it up Bikini Program Weekly Schedule! If you haven't checked these girls out yet I highly suggest that you do! BY FAR....my all time favorite workouts! I'm hooked!
