{Clean Eating Iced Chai Tea Latte}

Good Morning!!

 Did you check out my Iced Coffee post last week?? I am hooked on making my favorite Starbucks drinks "cleaner" and easy to make at home. This is another one of my favorite iced drinks! Iced Chai Tea Lattes are delicious! I love Chai tea in the fall or winter but it is absolutely delicious over ice on a hot day in the summer! You can enjoy one of these drinks for only 27 calories!!! That is crazy to me. Did you know that a Grande Iced Chai Tea Latte with non-fat milk at Starbucks is 200 calories and 42 grams of sugar!!! Mine has 27 calories and 1 gram of sugar!! HUGE DIFFERENCE!! Make one for yourself and let me know what you think!!

Iced Chai Tea Latte

{Makes 2 Grande drinks or 1 "Venti" size drink}
  • 2 Chai Spice Black Tea Bags
  • 12 oz. boiling water (I use the microwave to heat my water)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • 10-12 drops of vanilla creme liquid Stevia drops 
  • Ice
  • 2 tbsp. organic whipped topping (I like Truwhip or House Whip)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
Start by placing the tea bags in 12 oz. of boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Place tea in freezer for at least 10 minutes to cool. Fill one extra large cup or 2 large cups with ice and pour tea over ice. Add almond milk and stevia drops and stir to mix. Top each glass with 1 tbsp. of whipped topping and sprinkle each with cinnamon. 

**If you do not have vanilla creme Stevia drops, you can use powdered stevia to taste and a couple drops of vanilla extract**
