Clean Eating Iced Coffee
- 1 cup strong coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 5-10 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops
- Ice
- 1/2 tbsp. brown rice syrup (optional)
Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to cool. Fill a large cup with ice. Pour milk and coffee over ice. Add in stevia drops to taste. Drizzle with brown rice syrup if desired.
**If you don't have vanilla creme stevia drops....use regular stevia and a few drops of vanilla extract.
Nutrition facts: 42 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 4 grams of sugar! Big difference...huh??
I will confess, too - I am a Starbucks addict. I can't wait to try this! We purchased a Toddy system that cold brews coffee and LOVE it! I think the cold brewing makes it less bitter, I only need to add milk and ice and my husband just adds water and ice.
