{WIAW and BIG NEWS}

Ya'll I am switching it up!!

I have been a clean eater now for 3 years. Loved every second of it. Lost a good amount of weight and have been feeling great....

BUT

I am in a rut. Bored with my food....no creativity for new recipes and feeling more fatigue than usual.

I decided the best way to spark some new interest....try out some new recipes and fuel my fire for food again was to try something BIG!!

For the month of March....I am going to go Paleo!!

Wanna know why??

 1. To shake my body up
2. For a challenge
3. To see if it will give me more energy and mental clarity
4. Because I love all things paleo that I have cooked in the past and like this style of eating

I hope you will enjoy learning with me!! Will I do this forever? Who knows, I don't see me giving up dairy and grains for life but I do think it is worth a try omitting them to see how my body feels when I add them back in. Paleo is clean eating.....just with a few more restrictions so this isn't too far off of my normal "clean" diet.

NOW...let me just say this....I am NOT DOING STRICT Paleo. I don't believe anything in life....especially your food....should be strict!! This is the way I interpret Paleo. I am learning as I go and excited to open my mind to new things!!

Oh and if you are interested in my workouts.....I am starting the 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene again because I loved it so much the last time I did it. ! I will be adding in some Tone it Up workouts and maybe a little Piyo. Who knows? I am excited to start really focusing on my health and switching it up!! I mean....Summer time will be here before we know it!! Woo hoo!

So now....on to my eats

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with a side of PaleoKrunch granola with banana and coconut milk.

Snack: Coconut milk yogurt

Lunch: Grass fed burgers in lettuce wraps with salsa and avocado

Snack: Kombucha and a Coconut Cream Pie Larabar (my new obsession)

Dinner: Shredded pork (cooked in Crock pot with chicken broth and onions) with tostones and broccolini on the side! Huge hit with the whole family!

Dessert: Primal fudge

Yum!!!

Where are my paleo friends?

Has anyone tried this before?

What was your experience??

  1. 3 Studies PROVE How Coconut Oil Kills Waist Fat.

This means that you literally get rid of fat by eating coconut fats (in addition to coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 studies from large medicinal magazines are sure to turn the conventional nutrition world upside down!

  3. Hello, I went by to say hello, since I've been disconnected from everything for a long time. As always I love your work. That I still think that they are not chapucillas, but great works. A kiss.

  4. Proper nutrition is not only the key to losing weight, but also the key to pure brain. if a person eats properly, then he or she can think better. I advise you to eat properly and use the best essay writing service https://orderessay.net/writing-an-essay-about-yourself.html (that also propose writing essay that has a type "essay about yourself"/"essay about myself") in order to have good ratings.
