{What I Ate Wednesday} 1/28/15

Happy Wednesday!!

If you've been following the blog you know that I am now on my second round of the 21 Day Fix. I'm feeling so much stronger and really pushing it on my workouts. Figuring out my foods has been pretty simple. I eat pretty much the same things but I think it may be a good idea to switch my foods up next week. 

Here are my foods from yesterday!

Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal (made in Crock pot) with 1 tsp. crunchy peanut butter.

Snack: Protein shake with MRM all natural vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, dark cocoa powder, ice and water.

Lunch: Lean beef burger, small salad with homemade Dijon vinaigrette and sweet potato with cinnamon.

Snack: Plain Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries and stevia.

Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, hummus and tomato/cucumber/balsamic salad.

Hot tea before bed as usual. (Not pictured)

That's about it!

  1. Scrambled eggs with spinach and feta cheese, a WASA multigrain cracker with roasted red pepper hummus, and a 1/2 baked sweet potato with coconut oil! Thanks for sharing your meals with all of us!!

  2. Lunch is my suckiest meal of the day, by the time I'm hungry, the baby is napping so I just grab something quick and when she's eating lunch, I'm not hungry. I've just been eating leftovers this week, so it's been a good week :)
