First of all let me just say...I have done hundreds of workout DVDs (including quite a few from Beachbody) and this 21 Day Fix is by far my favorite. I love how the focus is on nutrition. I thought I knew it all about eating clean but I figured out exactly what I have been doing wrong!
Not only do I love how easy it is to figure out your nutrition....but I actually really enjoyed the workouts. I get bored easily so I liked that every day is something different. She uses weights quite a bit which I love! I also love yoga and pilates and there are days for both of those too!! These workouts aren't super high intensity which is just what I needed. I haven't worked out in quite a while and after being pregnant my body needed to kind of take things slow. I modified quite a bit and used lighter weights the majority of the time. I was pretty sore almost every day!
I lost 7.6 pounds and 5 inches!! I'm super happy with that considering it was only 3 weeks!!! I lost 3 inches alone in my waist! I still have a good 5 pounds to go but my pants are fitting better and my energy is back!!!!
I decided to start another round of the 21 Day Fix starting today! I can't wait to see what changes I can make in the next few weeks! I'm feeling stronger, coming up with great simple meals, and feeling happier than I have in a while.
I'm thinking of filming a video talking about the fix and how I make out my meal plan for the day with a few tips and tricks. Would that be helpful?
