Meal Planning Monday....Oh wait...it isn't Monday...Is it? Oh well!! So it is Tuesday and I am planning out my meals for the week. Labor day messed me up and I am sleep deprived...so forgive me!! Without further adieu....Here are my meals for the week:
Breakfasts:Scrambled Eggs and Ezekiel toast with all natural peanut butter
Mocha Frap Protein Shake
Cherry Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats
Snacks:Pear and Almonds
Apple and all natural peanut butter
Dinners:Broccoli Spaghetti and Meatballs
Real Food Pimento Cheese Sandwiches and fruit
Breakfast for dinner (Eggs/Uncured Bacon/Avocado)
Pecan and Grape Chicken Salad
Everything has to be super fast and pretty much portable these days!!! These meals/snacks are all delicious, fast and easy!!
