Who has big plans for tomorrow??? We are doing a big cookout at my Mom's house with swimming, corn hole and baby back ribs all included! I am keeping is very simple and taking a huge watermelon chopped in slices and fresh pineapple cubes. Everyone loves to snack on fruit while the ribs are on the grill. I came up with a few different options for you to make on your July 4th celebration. These are all healthy and delicious!!
- Clean Eating Salsa Turkey Burgers: This is the perfect burger to throw on the grill! Everyone will love it!
- Clean Eating Cheddar Ranch Burgers: {From Dashing Dish} These look delicious and who doesn't like cheddar and ranch??
- Broccoli and Tomato Harvest Grain Salad: This is a great side dish. Feel free to sub the harvest grains for whole grain pasta, couscous or quinoa. Tastes great at room temp!
- Dijon and Pear Kale Salad: This is a great make-ahead salad. You could switch out the pears for apples or strawberries! YUMM!
- Watermelon Pico de Gallo: {From Pioneer Woman} This looks amazing!! Watermelon is kind of a must on July 4th!! Am I right?
- Healthy Berry Dessert Pizza: Strawberries and blueberries make this dessert pizza so patriotic! It is gorgeous and delicious!
- Hawaiian Fresh Fruit Salad: {From Food Network} Fruit Salads are my favorite item to bring to any cookout! They are easy and everyone ends up eating them up!
