I plan on eating VERY well for the next few days and really paying attention to my water intake. I feel like I haven't been drinking quite as much water and my body can tell! This weekend is going to be a struggle to find anything "clean" to eat and I am sure there will be quite a few splurges. I always say that I eat clean 90% of the time...well this weekend will be that 10% when I enjoy my family and my surroundings without worrying about everything that I put in my mouth. I do plan on using some of my {Tips for Eating Clean on Vacation} when possible.
This is my meal plan for the week:
Monday: Crispy Black Bean Tacos
Tuesday: Classic Meatloaf and Baked Sweet Potatoes
Wednesday: Greek Turkey Meatballs in Whole Grain Pitas and Skinny Tzatziki sauce
Thusday-Saturday: VACATION!!
Sunday: Chicken Taco Salad **with Greek yogurt in the dressing instead of sour cream
