one: Fresh Rose Face Mask
The other week when I ordered my Bare Minerals foundation from Sephora.com.... I got to pick a few samples to add to my order. I saw this Rose face mask and thought it sounded great! I tried it out this past week and it was SO REFRESHING! I never do face masks. Should I? Is that something that most people add into their weekly skin routine?? Comment and let me know! I am 30 now... ya know....gotta step it up!
Yes, I am aware that we have a good month and a half before it is officially fall....but I can't help it. I am already excited about pumpkin everything, skinny jeans, leather, knee high boots, scarves and jackets!! Is that weird? Maybe it is but fall is my favorite season! I love everything about that time of year.
three: Peach Ginger Bread
I am in LOVE with this bread. Actually I am kind of obsessed with all of the oatmeal breads that I have posted but this one may be my favorite! I love the peaches and the slight hint of ginger! It is like the best bowl of peach oatmeal you have ever had baked into a deliciously moist bread!! I ate the whole dang loaf this week so I better get started whipping up another batch. :)
four: Arctic Zero Ice CreamNo...this doesn't taste exactly like the 200 calorie for 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream that I once loved but it is close enough!! This Arctic Zero ice cream is perfect when you just NEED something cold and sweet. I like to add almond butter drizzle, unsweetened coconut flakes or dark chocolate chips to mine. I think it is only like 36 calories for 1/2 cup and none of the ingredients are too crazy! I have been treating myself with this quite a few times this week once the kids go upstairs for bed. I am not sharing....ya know?
five: Don't worry
I am a worrier from WAY back! Anyone who knows me well...knows that I can pretty much work myself up in a matter of minutes worrying about EVERYTHING!! One day I was worrying about something (don't even remember now) and a good friend told me this quote. It really hit home with me. Worrying will not change the outcome of anything. The best thing you can do is pray about it and then let it go! This is still a struggle for me but I am working on it! :)
