This is a family favorite around my house! I hope you love it!
Clean Eating Peach Oatmeal Bread
- 2 medium peaches (diced)
- 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger (or 1 tsp. ground ginger)
- 2 cups oats (ground into flour in food processor)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup organic honey
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup Greek Vanilla Non-fat yogurt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 organic eggs
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour into loaf pan that has been sprayed with coconut oil/olive oil spray.
**You can sprinkle with oats at this point if you want to make it pretty! :)

This looks amazing! Could I use Greek yogurt instead of vanilla?
