{Meal Planning Monday} 8/12/13

Happy Monday!! I had a really great weekend with my family! I hope you did too! I was a little sad that it was over but I am super excited to really get focused this week on my eating and working out! I have vacation coming soon! :)




Monday: Clean Eating Thin Crust Veggie Pizza

Tuesday: Burrito Bowl with brown rice, black beans, grilled onions and green peppers, pico de gallo, salsa verde and diced avocado.

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Pork Chops with roasted green beans

Thursday: Out for dinner

Friday: Breakfast for dinner (Homemade waffles for the kids and scrambled eggs, Ezekiel toast with sunflower butter and nitrate free or turkey bacon for my husband and I)

Saturday: Out for dinner 

Sunday: Ground beef Gyro Lettuce Wraps


It is Monday so you know what that means! It is the perfect day to get back ON IT if you fell off track this weekend. Forget about the not-so-perfect meals you may have had and make a commitment to yourself to eat healthy, work out and do better this week!! :)

  1. Love your meal planner! We have one similar that I write our menu on and my hubby goes to see what's for dinner almost daily. If I switch things up he says, "hey that's not whats on the menu for tonight!" think I might have to just start writing our meals without the corresponding days like you do!
