Sorry I have been a little MIA...last week was CRAZY! My daughter started 1st grade and it just took a few days to get used to our new routine. She is absolutely loving it and that makes me smile!!
I am back to planning out my meals/workouts/snacks for the week and I wanted to share it with you guys. I am SO in the mood for fall so my meals are definitely changing!
Here's what I have in mind....
Breakfast:
Steel cut oats with real maple syrup, walnuts and organic raisins
Overnight Oats
Apple Spiced Oat Bread
Snacks:
PB&J Smoothie (post workout)
Apple and Almonds
Greek yogurt with honey, berries and organic granola
Lunch: I am a creature of habit :)
Banana Wrap
leftovers
Dinner: (I know....I know...that is a WHOLE lotta breakfast but I am hooked right now and so is my whole family)
{meal prepped} Vegetable Beef Soup
Egg and Spinach Omelette and Chicken Sausage
Whole Grain Waffles and nitrate free bacon
Sweet potatoes & chicken sausage hash with okra and green beans (similar to this but changing up the vegetables)
10 grain Bobs Red Mill Banana Pancakes with chicken sausage patties
Dessert:
Dark chocolate
Banana Ice Cream
Workouts:
I will probably do a Mix of Tone it Up's weekly schedule and my favorite Pinterest workouts!
