It takes literally 2 minutes to make! I just freeze any bananas that are starting to get brown and any time that I just use half of a banana...I freeze the rest. That way I always have a bag of frozen banana coins in my freezer! Here is how you make it:
2 Minute Healthy Banana Ice Cream
- 2 bananas (frozen in chunks)
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Toppings:
dark chocolate chips
organic whipped topping
fresh fruit
walnuts
pecans
unsweetened coconut
Place frozen bananas and almond milk in your food processor or blender and blend until frozen yogurt consistency. Add desired toppings!
Never thought of something so simple, yet looks amazing. Definitely have to try this out!
