{FASTer Way to Fat Loss} F.A.Q.

Hi Ya'll!

I feel like it's been a while since I have been on here! Summer has been SO busy! Fun busy but for sure it has been a whirlwind! We have been doing beach trips, pool parties and get-togethers 24/7!!


What an awesome time we had in the Cayman Islands!!



So many people have asked me about the FASTer Way to Fat Loss so I wanted to answer those for you today! YES!! I am a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach! I went through two rounds of the program earlier this year and fell in love!! I was searching for something to WORK!!! I had done low carb, Keto, Paleo, every Beachbody video that was out but NOTHING was working!! I felt awful. I was eating a very clean diet and working out usually doing yoga 3-4 times a week BUT I had no energy and was gaining weight weekly. What in the world????


I was watching Nashville Tash....one of my favorite bloggers...talking about the FASTer Way and how awesome it was but I was SO skeptical! Why would THIS program work??? Nothing else did.

Days and weeks of me putting it off....one morning I was sitting on the couch feeling so low on energy and motivation and I did it. I signed up. Prep week started and all of these nutrition strategies felt so foreign to me. Intermittent Fasting???? You mean we don't eat right when we wake up???? Carb cyling??? That sounds like a lot of work. Macro Counting??? UGH! I didn't want to do any of it but in my head I kept saying...."TRUST THE PROCESS." So I did. I went through two rounds and loved every second!




Ya'll....I was hooked. My energy was at an ALL TIME HIGH! All the mental fog that I was feeling was lifted away. Clothes just started getting baggy on me!!! They told me not to step on the scale because it wasn't an accurate measurement of my progress and for the first time in my life....I didn't. I didn't care what it said!! Wanna know why???? Because I felt AWESOME!!



Yes....I dropped 6 lbs. and 12 inches but the most important part was that I felt the best that I had in years. I also changed my whole mindset on food. No longer were foods good or bad. No longer were foods that I loved off limits!! LIFE CHANGING feels like an understatement. I can't keep this to myself ya'll. Ask my family!! I want this for everyone. It is such a healthy way of living.

I made the decision to interview and take the exam to be a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach. That was a huge step for me being a stay at home Mom. I haven't interviewed in 15 years!! Thankfully they could look past my mumbling and see my heart!! This is my passion and I am so excited to be able to coach others to FEEL AND LOOK their best!!



Now to the questions: 


Intermittent Fasting sounds hard? How long do you "not eat?"

We follow the 16:8 eating schedule. That means that we fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours a day. My typical schedule is 11am-7pm for eating but that is totally up to you what eating window works best.


Can I do this while breastfeeding??

Yes!! You absolutely can! We can make modifications for you so that your supply doesn't decrease.


I do another kind of workout...Can I still do that and the FASTer Way??

Yes!! You absolutely can! I will teach you how to pair those workouts with our eating schedule!


Will you show me how to figure out my macros??

YES! I absolutely will help you get all of that set up!


Can my husband do it too??

YES!! We have an awesome Men's program. If you sign up, you can sign your husband up for an additional $99!


BUT I have travel plans and birthday parties and SO many other things coming up! Maybe this isn't the best time???

This is the perfect time!! Your life is busy now and will be busy next month too! There are always going to be "things" that you don't know how in the world you will be able to be on this "diet" and enjoy your parties or vacations at the same time. Well....this isn't a diet. This is a lifestyle. My job is to teach you how to live a healthy and maintainable lifestyle! There will never be a PERFECT time!! You just jump in with both feet and learn how to make healthy work on any day of the week during any month!!
