Typical Low Carb Day Eats

Happy Friday Y'all!!!!

Did you catch my Instastories on Tuesday? I showed you guys a full day of eats for a typical low carb day on the FASTer way to Fat loss. No...this isn't SUPER low carb. This is doable and delicious!!

Q. Why do we do low carb days??

A. Our goal is to deplete glycogen (stored carbohydrates) before they are converted to fat and stored!

Let's see what a day looks like for me!!

My day always starts with coffee!! I usually have two cups of Nespresso coffee with 1 Stevia packet and 2 tbsp. Nutpods per cup. I love drinking coffee black but ever since I got the Nespresso....I like  a nice froth on the top!

I usually break my fast around 10:30-11 am because I finish up my eating the night before around 6:30-7 pm. I slowly drink the coffee and hydrate all morning with a ton of water!!

On low carb day I like to break my fast with a smoothie. Loaded with protein and healthy fat...this one is delicious!!

Next up for lunch is a super simple salad with baked chicken thighs, spring mix, sunflower seeds and Tessamae's ranch. SO good and you can't get much easier than this!!

I love these Bai drinks and these are usually my afternoon go-to. They only have 2 net carbs and 10 calories. Perfect for any day of the week!

Dinner was also a really easy go-to meal for me. Breakfast for dinner. My kids beg for this meal! I made a big batch of scrambled eggs and bacon. I served these with a simple salad consisting of greens and more Sir Kensingtons Raspberry Peppercorn dressing! Topped it with some avocado and mini bell peppers stuffed with goat cheese! Delicious!!

No day is complete without a little bit of chocolate...Am I right??? Super dark chocolate with some peanut butter and almonds are perfect on the side of my lavender chamomile tea.

This is just a few of my favorite low carb meals!! Follow me on Instagram for more meal/snack ideas!!

My first round of FASTer Way starts July 8th if anyone wants to join me! I would love it!!!
