Happy Monday! Did ya'll have a great Thanksgiving?? I sure did! The food....AMAZING! A great day spent with family! Now I am in full on Christmas mode. Most of my shopping DONE and I finally finished my decorating! WOO HOO!! Now....just to enjoy the season! My favorite time of year for sure!
I haven't meal planned in a while so I thought it would be a good idea to help get me back on track after the holiday.

Let me tell you my plan....
- Simple Spaghetti: Organic beef, organic pasta sauce and whole wheat pasta. SUPER easy and my whole family loves
- Crock Pot Pork with Apples and Pears with mashed potatoes
- Dr. Praegers California Veggie Burgers with roasted sweet potato cubes
- Breakfast for dinner: Organic eggs, Applegate bacon, al fresco chicken Apple sausage and toast.
- Butternut squash black bean burger with grilled onions and roasted green beans.
- Pecan and Grape Chicken Salad sandwich or served over salad greens with Mary's Gone Crackers
