Happy Wednesday!!!! Who's finished Christmas shopping?? I am so close. Just have to get started on wrapping and get a few more small gifts and I will be done!! I am planning on lots of blankets, coffee and Christmas movies over the next few weeks! :)
I have still been doing yoga 3-4 times a week. It is true love really. I don't crave any other exercise. This makes me feel great and I enjoy every workout. I have been just picking and choosing off of Yoga by Adriene's Youtube channel. They are all awesome!
Finally completed the construction in my living room. WOO HOO! We still have a couple more tiny things to do but for now we are calling it good! It took WAY longer than expected and cost quite a bit more but I am thrilled with the outcome. It makes a huge impact in my living room. Don't you think?
I also did a little decorating over the weekend. I still have a few more centerpieces to complete but this is what I have so far!
Now on to my eats!!
Breakfast: Meal Prep Steel cut oats with maple syrup, walnuts and raisins (My usual)
Snack: Chobani Coconut Greek yogurt with a Pumpkin Bread Muffin.
Lunch: Banana wrap (La Tortilla Low Carb Whole grain wrap, Crazy Richards Chunky peanut butter, cinnamon and a banana) **My usual
Snack: Gala apples, unsalted almonds and dark chocolate chips *YUM
Dinner: Roasted Pork tenderloin with a simple gravy, mashed potatoes and roasted green beans (My husbands new favorite dinner)
Before bed :a mug of Chamomile tea! :)
