I wanted to share with you guys a super simple but tasty smoothie I've been drinking daily! It's a great mix of healthy fat, omega fatty acids, antioxidants and protein!
Berry Chia Smoothie
-1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (the kind in a can)
-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberry/blueberry mix
-1 tbsp. organic chia/flax blend (use one or the other or a little of each if you don't have the blend)
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use MRM all natural whey)
-1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
-stevia to sweeten (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothe! Enjoy!!
