{What I Ate Wednesday} 6/3/15


Happy Wednesday Guys!!!

Let's get right to it...WIAW:




Snack: Stoneyfield Greek and Chia Pear Yogurt with Natures Path Coconut Chia granola and a huge bottle of water. (This was after my workout)



Snack: I kind of skipped over lunch because I was busy so I grabbed a quick snack on my way to the car rider line! Gala Apple with walnuts, dark chocolate chips and toasted coconut chips. This may be my new fave!


Lunchish: I was starving when I got home so I ate scrambled eggs with spinach, chicken sausage, and feta! So good! I also grabbed a little watermelon.


Dinner: Grilled chicken with Greek seasoning, grilled squash, zucchini, onions and bell pepper. I could eat this every night!



Dessert: Grilled peaches with coconut Greek yogurt and toasted coconut chips! So good!


Before bed: chamomile tea (of course)




That's a lot of food! I've been working out consistently so I'm definitely hungrier and eating more! I also drink at least 90oz. of water a day, have 2 cups of black coffee and at least one hot lemon green tea! :)

    Okay, now onto your actual post! I have never seen that tea before, but I am a huge fan of vanilla teas! I am on the lookout for it now.

  2. I've never added feta to scrambled eggs before but it sounds like the perfect idea! I'll have to try that! Those grilled peaches look incredible too!
