{What I Ate Wednesday} 6/24/15

Hi everyone!

It has been super crazy at my house in the last couple weeks. We have had swallowed door stops, X-rays, swallowed lip stick, an entire bottle of bath wash poured in the toilet, a bottle of Tums swallowed, terrible croup with wheezing, breathing treatments, steroids, sinus infection, antibiotics, and a stomach virus. I am not even kidding. I wish I was! So needless to say I have been a little MIA and I apologize! :) I am praying things will start slowing down but who am I kidding....I have 3 kids under 5! I am learning to roll with the crazy!

NOW....Let me show you my eats:

Breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana Microwave Oatmeal (with TruNut/honey/banana on top)


Lunch: Banana wrap 


Snack on-the-go: Kind bar 


Snack before dinner: Coconut yogurt with blueberries and toasted coconut chips


Bedtime snack: Almonds, dark chocolate chips and Green tea with herbs

  1. Oh my! You have been busy! I have 5 kids, 10 and under. But I always tell people that 3 under 5 was harder! Hang in there...it gets better!

  2. Hey Ashley, does your family eat the same meals for dinner as you? Or are you making two separate meals?

    1. Hi! The majority of the time they eat the same thing. Some nights we do "eat what you want" and I will make them sandwiches or organic Mac and cheese while I eat leftovers. For this particular dinner...I made them brown rice to eat with the salsa turkey and served mango and avocado on the side. :) The salsa turkey is actually one of my kids favorites!
