This is what a typical days worth of eats looks like for me these days:
Breakfast: Overnight oats (of course)
Lunch: Salsa Turkey Lettuce Wraps (recipe posted soon)
Snack: Plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and Natures path organic Coconut Chia granola
Dinner: Enchilada Beef (with green enchilada sauce) over baked sweet potato with sauteed okra and tomatoes on the side.
After dinner: Chamomile tea and some dark chocolate chips :)
