{What I Ate Wednesday} 2/4/15

Happy Wednesday!!!

This week is going pretty well so far!! I am still sore from the workouts and I feel like I am getting much stronger. I am lifting heavier weights on my workouts and I definitely feel hungrier this week! I have added in more hot tea and eating smaller meals spaced throughout the day and that seems to be helping!!

SO here we go.....WIAW time!



Breakfast: Steel Cut Oatmeal with 1 tsp. all natural peanut butter with black coffee

Snack: Protein Shake with cold coffee, ice, protein powder and dark cocoa powder

Lunch: Chicken, green beans and grapes

Snack: Plain Greek yogurt with cocoa powder and stevia topped with banana and coconut

Snack: Carrots and cucumber

Dinner: Flax Plus whole grain waffle with 1 tsp. almond butter and cinnamon, 2 eggs scrambled with spinach and 1/4 avocado! 

Bedtime snack: Ginger Pear White tea

  1. I love Ginger Pear tea! Is it the one from Trader Joe's? That one is my favorite. I'm also huge on loose teas. I love Teavana's Earl Grey Creme and their Weight to Go teas as well. I also have this rose mint tea that I adore though I got it at a bazaar so I don't know who makes it really
