{What I ate Wednesday} 1/7/15 **21 Day Fix Update**


Ya'll...I'm feeling so good. Like I can't explain how good I feel. My brain is clear, I'm down to one cup of (black) coffee a day and I have so much more energy. I won't complain but my whole body hurts....in a good way! I can tell that I am really out of shape! If you didn't see my post...I started the 21 day fix on Monday. My husband is also doing it.

My opinion so far.....this is a simple, straight forward approach to eating clean and working out! I knew how to eat clean but learning the appropriate portion size and making sure I eat enough of certain foods (like veggies) has been awesome.  

My husband is dropping a ton of weight already (lots of water weight I'm sure) and I'm losing a little of that too!

    1. Oatmeal with banana and peanut butter, Apple steel cut oatmeal, salad with chicken and cucumbers with the 21 day fix balsamic dressing and a taco salad with lettuce, ground beef, avocado, peppers and onions. So good!! :)
