Living in a tiny apartment with a tiny kitchen gave me no motivation to cook. I got a little too dependent on take out and convenience foods. Although I tried to eat clean during the week...I completely sabotaged myself when the weekend rolled around. I have been so exhausted, lacking energy, getting sick constantly and holding on to the last 10 pounds of baby weight for months now and I'm over it!!
I miss the Ashley from 2013. I felt so great, had a ton of energy, had a great immune system and was at a healthy weight for me.
So...operation 2015 is to get back to that Ashley! Who's with me???? I hope to be inspiration to any of you that feel like I feel right now. Low on energy and ready for a change.
I'm ready to start working out again. I wanted a new fitness program so I bought the 21 Day Fix from Beachbody and plan on doing this with my husband starting Jan. 5th. I know how to eat clean but I'm excited to learn the proper portions of all of my favorite foods and start including more protein and veggies into my diet. I promise to keep you guys up to date with my progress!
We're finally getting wifi hooked up in our new house on Sunday so blogging will be a little bit easier. I'm so excited to start cooking again and sharing recipes with you guys!
So tell me...
Has anyone completed the 21 Day fix?
Who's getting back on track for 2015???
I know a lady I worked with had a lot of success with it, but I don't know a lot about it. I am in to follow and see how it works!
ReplyDeleteI saw this advertised not long ago. Can't wait to see what you think of it.
ReplyDeleteI have done several round of the 21DF and LOVED it!! I learned SO MUCH about my eating habits but also enjoyed the workouts as well! :-) Hope you love it too!!
ReplyDeleteHere, here to getting back on track. I had mostly lost the last 10 lbs of my baby weight but for some silly reason, waved bye bye to any restraint during the holidays and ... well, not good. From Halloween on. I can't say I have ever ended a year this bad. One of my immediate resolutions to myself was to get back to being the person I should be- a healthier me. And to feeling good again about wearing my clothes and not trying to hide anything. And here is to being the best mother to my baby that I can.
ReplyDeleteI love the 21 day fix! It is a great tool to learn portion control (of whole, clean good foods) as well as a great workout! Autumn knows how to work you!
ReplyDeleteYes she does!! :)
