Hey ya'll!! I thought I would share with you guys my meal plan for the week. The 21 Day Fix has forced me to get back to planning my meals out and I am so glad!! Not only am I saving money each week by being prepared but I leave very little room for temptation when I know exactly what I am eating during the week. All of these meals are super simple and quick to throw together! I don't have a lot of time and it is usually pretty crazy around here with 5:00 hits! Of course I use my 21 Day Fix containers to measure out each food group but even if you are not on the "Fix"....these would all be delicious, easy dinners.
Monday: Whole Wheat Pita pocket with rotisserie chicken, hummus, tomato and cucumber mixed with balsamic vinegar and feta cheese.
Tuesday: Whole grain spaghetti noodles, lean ground beef meatballs/tomato sauce with steamed broccoli.
Wednesday: Apple Chicken sausage with peppers and onions with green beans and sweet potato hash.
Thursday: Turkey Burger with salsa and avocado and a Kale Corn mix on the side.
Friday: Mexican Lasagna
Saturday: Birthday party for my sweet Zeb. Will probably stick with the meat/veggies.
Sunday: Veggie Burgers (I love Dr. Praegers) with spicy mustard, baked sweet potatoes and roasted okra.
