{How to Rock A Healthy Pregnancy}

I have had a lot of people ask me for my tips for a healthy pregnancy and I wanted to go back to a post a wrote for "That's What I Eat" that shared 5 easy tips for how to ROCK a healthy pregnancy! I hope this guys helps any of my fellow pregnant ladies or anyone who plans on being pregnant in the future. This pregnancy has gone so much smoother and I feel so much better this time around!!   2. I thought I ate fairly well during my first pregnancy but I really didn't! And even though I worked out almost every day, I was worse off than all the other first-time-moms-to-be at the office (there were several of us). How did that happen? Well, I'm determined to do it right this next time around. Thanks for the encouragement and the help on how to do it.
