{Meal Planning Monday} 1/6/14


Happy Monday!! So is everyone ready to make some healthy changes for 2014?? For some super easy steps to start with if you are feeling overwhelmed with your resolution to GET HEALTHY in 2014...click here!

I also think meal planning made a huge difference in my life. Planning out my meals for the week makes it so much easier to eat healthy all week...plus leaves little room for those nights when you just don't know what to make and you grab fast food in a pinch!! I also love that I always have leftovers for lunch throughout the week.

This is my plan for dinners this week:




Monday: Beef and Onion Quiche

Tuesday:  Apple, Onion Pork Chops over Butternut Squash

Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner

Thursday: Kale Salad and a Baked Sweet Potato

Friday: Tortilla Pizzas

Saturday: Out for dinner

Sunday: Clean Eating Chicken and Dumplings

  1. I too love meal planning for the week ahead , so its easy for me to wake up or come home from work and just cook the dish rather than thinking.
