I think one of the hardest parts of "cleaning" up my diet and living a healthier lifestyle was figuring out exactly what to eat during the day. I slowly started replacing my processed snacks with healthier snacks and I am never going back! They are all delicious and very filling! I remember the days when I would eat a 100 calorie pack and a diet Pepsi and be so proud that my snack only consisted of 100 calories! HA HA!! I wouldn't go near a 100 calorie pack these days....or a diet Pepsi!! No Thank You!!
I like having snacks throughout my day so that when meal time gets here...I am not starving! It is never a good idea to get to that point!

Now for 10 more!!
1. Half of an avocado with a sprinkle of lime juice and sea salt or a drizzle of honey and sprinkle of sunflower seeds.
2. Celery and Carrot sticks with hummus or a Greek Yogurt Tzatziki sauce ( I like Cedar's Tzatziki Sauce)
3. Banana and almond butter
4. Apple nachos (sliced apple with a drizzle of almond butter and a few walnuts or dark chocolate chips.
5. Guacamole with Kale Chips or Mary's Gone Crackers.
6. Plain Greek Yogurt with a small amount of organic strawberry preserves and blueberries.
7. Protein Smoothie
8. Celery with peanut butter and raisins (a.k.a Ants on a log)
9. Steamed Edamame (I like the steamer bags)
10. Cottage Cheese (check the ingredients-should only have a few) with fresh pineapple and blackberries.

These all sound amazing. I LOVE cottage cheese with fresh or frozen fruit and a tiny drizzle of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon. So tasty.
