First...let's take a look at my ingredients:
Organic Peppermint Bark
- 3.5 oz. organic dark chocolate bar
- 1/2 cup all natural white chocolate chips
- 2 organic candy canes (crushed)
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes stirring every 30 minutes. Pour onto baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment. Place in freezer.
Melt white chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Allow to slightly cool and pour over dark chocolate. (if it is too hot it will melt your dark chocolate... kind of like mine did! It will taste awesome either way!). Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top of the bark.
