I just realized that today is my 6 month Blog Anniversary!! YAY Whole Foods New Body!! Let me just tell you....when I started this blog 6 months ago....I had no idea how much I would love it. I had no idea how much fun I would have creating recipes, trying new foods and telling others my struggles and triumphs that I have encountered throughout my journey to living a healthier lifestyle.
I am happy to say that I feel better than EVER!! I am so passionate that anyone can change their body by eating real food and incorporating fitness into their busy schedule. I love hearing that I have helped others. Hearing anyone say that I motivated them to work out or that they made one of my recipes and loved it means THA WORLD to me!
SO this is my thank you!! To all of you that are on this journey with me. Thank you for your comments and questions!! Thank you for reading my posts!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!
So without further adieu....Here is my {What I Ate Wednesday}
Breakfast: My favorite steel cut oatmeal of course, topped with chunky all natural peanut butter and honey with a few cups of coffee.
Snack: Sweet Potato Pie Protein Shake that was AWESOME!! Will be sharing the recipe tomorrow!!
Lunch: Scrambled eggs with Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread with organic strawberry preserves and more chunky all natural peanut butter
Snack: Granola Bar that my Mom made! These are delicious! This was actually my very first blog post so these bars are a little special to me!!
Dinner: Spaghetti Pie! I even shocked myself with this one!! My kids devoured it and my husband called it THA BOMB! Recipe will be posted soon!!
Dessert: I wanted something sweet but fast so I whipped up this mug cake and it was pretty good. I thought it needed a little more sweetener for it to be perfect but it did the job!

I've tried several of your recipes and they've all been great! This week I've been trying a variation of your steel cut oatmeal recipes. This morning I'm having coconut sugar and almond milk in my coffee instead of syrup and creamer, so thanks for the suggestions! I have a major sweet tooth, so it will take some getting used to. I really want to try your shake recipes soon! Your monday meal plans help me so much! Anywho, happy blog anniversary and I love all of it! :) Thanks for being real and awesome!
