{What I Ate Wednesday} 10/2/13

HI!!! Linking up today for {What I Ate Wednesday}! Checking out what others eat is a super easy way to get some great ideas for snacks and meals! Sometimes I get stuck in a rut and I look forward to seeing these posts so that I can branch out and try new healthy foods!! So here goes:

Breakfast: Steel cut oats that I cooked in the crock pot the other day topped with almond butter and honey. I haven't perfected this recipe yet but when I do....I promise to share!! I had these with a cup of coffee of course!

Snack: Pear and almonds 

Lunch: Leftover Deep Dish Cheeseburger Pie and grapes

Snack: Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread with All Natural Crunchy Almond Butter and sliced banana

Dinner: Crock Pot Chili ( SO GOOD....Recipe posted soon!) with a chewy rice bar for dessert! That is another recipe that I am in the process of perfecting so I can share with you guys!

What is your favorite thing to cook in the Crock Pot???


  1. We just had a crock pot meal tonight and it was delicious! I don't use it as often as I should.
