{My FAVORITE 8 minute Cardio Video!}
Since starting Bikini Body Mommy I have fallen in love with fast but efficient workouts! Her 90 day challenge consists of 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio. On cardio days she recommends 45 minutes of brisk cardiovascular activity such as a brisk walk or run. When the weather permits, I like to take a walk with the kids in the double jogging stroller. I kind of hate to admit it but I don't LOVE that kind of cardio. I crave the fast, high intensity workouts that get my heart pumping and get me good and sweaty! Short but efficient is my motto! You all know that I love doing Tabata workouts. I can easily do a 8-12 minute tabata and a couple ab workouts and call it a day! I usually do this during nap time so I spend 20-30 minutes working out and have the rest of the time to myself! I wanted to show you guys a quick tabata from Fit Fab Cities that I do all the time and absolutely adore! :)
