{Healthier Options for you Memorial Day BBQ}

Happy Memorial Day weekend!! First off I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the men and women who serve this beautiful country and take a moment to remember those who have died while fighting for all of us!! I want to say a special shout out to my baby brother who is in the Marines! I could NOT be more proud!



One of the best parts of Memorial Day weekend is getting together with friends and family for a cookout! I always have a hard time figuring out something healthy and delicious to take so I thought I would give you all some healthier options that would feed a crowd and NO ONE will know that they are really healthy!

1. Banana Pudding: What's a cookout without Banana Pudding??? I mean...really?





2. Potato Salad: This is my all time favorite and only 1 tbsp. mayo!! So good!



3. Greek Harvest Grain Salad: This is so good and very easy to make ahead!




4. Brownies: My all time favorite healthy brownie recipe. I make these all the time and they are a huge hit!




5. Southwestern Quinoa Salad: A crowd-pleaser for sure!




6. Strawberry Pretzel Dessert : The clean eating version of course! This is a summertime treat that everyone loves!!




7. Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Burgers: If you are the one doing the grilling...why not switch it up and do Teriyaki burgers! YUMM!!
