{What I Ate Wednesday} 9/2/15

Happy Wednesday!! 

My baby girl started 1st grade last week and is already missing a day of school. Temp. of 101 degrees last night. Lovely. I am not ready for all of that mess!! Lot's of movies and fluids today and hopefully she will be back to normal tomorrow. UGH! Kid germs are the worst!!!

I have been doing a lot of Pilates, Barre and Yoga lately. I love lifting weight and doing harder workouts but lately I have been enjoying the slower pace. Boy...have I been sore!! Check out some of the workouts I have been doing on my Pinterest page!

This is what I ate yesterday.....

My favorite Overnight oats

Fage 2% Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey, chopped walnuts and blueberries.

Banana wrap with La Tortilla Low Carb High Fiber tortilla, all natural crunchy PB, cinnamon and a banana.

Watermelon, Gala Apple, almonds, organic raisins and dark chocolate chips

2 over-easy eggs and uncured bacon

Chamomile tea before bed

Roasted banana Coconut Milk Ice Cream (YUM!)
