Hey You Guys!!
It's been super crazy lately! Super crazy! I have been trying to add in short workouts during the day and that seems to be working pretty well for me! Check out my Pinterest page for some of my faves!
I don't know why really but I haven't been eating much meat lately. I almost always eat meat for dinner but throughout the day I have been doing a lot of snacking on fruit and drinking shakes. I think it's just been more convenient while I'm running after my crazies!
On to WIAW:
Breakfast: Overnight Oats
Lunch: Coconut Greek yogurt, blueberries and Natures Path Organic coconut chia granola
Dinner: My hubby's birthday dinner...I had a cheeseburger over lettuce and tomato with organic ketchup on top. Grilled squash and zucchini and broccoli salad on the side. YES...I did eat a small piece of his ice cream cake. :)
