{What I Ate Wednesday} 4/1/15


Just when I thought the sickness was finally leaving my house...my sweet baby boy is sick again! :( Reactive airway disease with wheezing and a sinus infection is what they diagnosed him with. Lots of meds and breathing treatments! Ugh!!! Spending lots of time cuddling with my boy but I thought I would take a minute to share with you guys my WIAW:


Breakfast: Overnight oats with coffee


Lunch: banana wrap

Snack: Greek style coconut yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and organic coconut chia granola...yum!

Snack: Homemade trail mix with raw almonds, peanuts, raisins and dark chocolate chips. Green tea to drink.

Dinner: Enchilada stuffed sweet potatoes...I made a few short cuts. I will share the details with you guys next week. This was yummy!
