{Meal Planning Monday} 4/6/15

Hope you guys had a wonderful Easter weekend! We just got home from the ZOO! It was so much fun but boy am I tired!!

Here is my plan for dinners this week!! We will probably do dinner with family one night and breakfast for dinner at least once this week because that is always a big hit!



Here's my plan for dinners this week:


  • BLT pita pockets with avocado and roasted green beans on the side

  • Aidells caramelized onion meatballs on a salad with grilled onions and cedars tzatziki sauce.

  • Dr. Praegers Veggie burgers with baked sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

  • Enchilada Beef over baked sweet potatoes and roasted okra. {recipe posted this week}

Tonight we are having paleo curry chicken with salad and green beans, tuesday: beef spagetti sauce with zoodles ( zucchini noodles), wednesday: paleo bacon wrapped chicken with salad thursday: leftovers, friday: Lime cilantro chicken fajitas, my family will have theirs in a tortilla wrap and i'll have in a lettuce wrap. I love to meal plan like you its easier since Im a part time nurse as well and I also have 3 busy kids. love following your blog.

  3. Dang, I'm coming to your house!! We are doing rice and bean burritos tonight, grilled chicken, broccoli and salad tomorrow and steak with baked potatoes on Thursday.
