Happy Monday!
So time to fess up..,this weekend was crazy and I wasn't super on-top of my eating. I did fairly well and I actually did squeeze in a workout but I'm glad it's Monday and I'm gonna get back on track!
I have very little time these days for elaborate dinners so I thought I would share with you all some of the easiest dinners that I can think of!
These are my dinners for the week: **All 21 day fix approved of course!
Veggie Burgers: Dr. Praegers Veggie burgers with spicy mustard, roasted broccoli and baked sweet potatoes
Turkey Burgers :(Jenny-O) with salsa/avocado and a side salad.
Buffalo chicken: Chicken cooked in crockpot/shredded and then Franks hot sauce added. Served with whole grain pita and cucumber/tomato salad.
Breakfast for dinner: Omelettes with spinach, cheese and uncured bacon. Served with homeade toast or whole grain waffles.
