{What I Ate Wednesday} 11/19/14

Hi!! Man,,,,it has been cold this week! All I want to do is snuggle on the couch with coffee or hot tea! I may have been drinking more than my share of coffee these days. It's a struggle to put down the coffee cup and replace that with a water bottle but I have had to force myself to drink water these days. I can tell such a big difference in how I feel and how my skin looks when I am not drinking enough.

{What I Ate Wednesday} 


Breakfast: My usual.....oatmeal.

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tbsp. honey
dash cinnamon

Combine in a large bowl, Microwave for 6-7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Top with all natural peanut butter, drizzle of honey and 1/2 banana.  YUMM!

Snack: Gala apple with unsalted almonds

Lunch: 2 eggs with toasted Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread topped with peanut butter and 1/2 banana.

Snack: Organic Clif bar {Coconut Chocolate}

Dinner: My Pot Roast recipe with brown rice and green beans.

  1. Yum, your food looks so good. I never have oatmeal for breakfast, but I feel like after all the delicious recipes I've seen for it, including yours, I should totally give it a shot.
