What I Ate Wednesday {9/10/14}

I'm still in survival mode so my "eats" have been less then impressive but I wanted to share with you guys what a typical day looks like for me!



Breakfast: Brownie Batter Oatmeal with coffee 

Snack: Larabar....love these bars! 

Lunch: Greek yogurt with blueberries and honey.

Snack: Clif bar (not the best ingredients but I was starving and I had a screaming child...you do what you've gotta do!)

Dinner: Scrambled eggs, 2 pieces uncured bacon and Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread with all natural organic peanut butter. YUM!

Dessert: Dark chocolate squares....of course!





Convenience is the key these days. I need fast and portable!! These are some super easy and fast meals. What is your favorite super easy meal or snack?

  1. I get the need for grab and go! My baby is a month old right now -). One of my go-to's are eggs. They take a little longer than bars, but I found that if I start my day with something sweet, I want to eat ALL the sugar I can get my hands on (binge-status) ALL day long. I'm impressed you're able to eat it in limited portions!
