This is my plan for the week!
Breakfasts: All of these breakfasts are super fast and easy which is exactly what I need these days!
Lunch:
- Scrambled eggs with half of an avocado and fruit
- Leftovers
- Avocado Chicken Salad on a bed of salad greens or in a whole grain pita
Snacks:
- Plain Greek yogurt with fruit and honey
- Larabar
- Apple and all natural peanut butter
- Bartlett pear with unsalted almonds
Dinner:
- Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwiches with roasted okra
- Hobo Dinner (I make mine with lean ground beef, red potatoes, whole green beans and onions)
- Paleo Crock Pot Fajitas in a whole grain tortilla or lettuce wrap
- Pork Chops Yum Yum with brown rice and roasted carrots
- Leftovers
- Breakfast for dinner (Whole grain pancakes or waffles with real maple syrup/eggs/fruit)
