I have been obsessed with veggies lately! That is so odd for me. I'm guess this baby boy likes more savory foods. I haven't been craving my usual sweets! I am also eating a lot of late night snacks. I just can't go all the way from dinner until the next day without waking up starving! These late night snacks have definitely helped me sleep!
Breakfast: 1 Minute Fruit & Nut Oatmeal (this is too yummy and too fast not to eat the majority of the week!)
Lunch: Quesadilla on a whole grain wrap with black beans, roasted red peppers and organic cheese. I like to dip my quesadillas in plain Greek yogurt and fresh salsa.
Snack: A big salad with spring mix, avocado, sunflower seeds, pickles, carrots and tomatoes. I used a little Trader Joe's low fat buttermilk ranch dressing on top. I also made an iced green tea to sip on throughout the afternoon!
Dinner: Burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, roasted red pepper, shredded cheese, fresh salsa and guacamole. Yum!
Late night snack: Plain Greek yogurt, Trader Joe's Blueberry Muesli and a drizzle of honey.
