When I heard that Shaun T was coming out with a 25 minute workout that was 5 days a week I was instantly interested! That works out perfect for my crazy life!! I also love Shaun T! Who doesn't? Right? I purchased T25 a few weeks ago and have used it a few times during my cardio days and I am being 100% honest with you when I say that I LOVE IT! No lie. I love the moves and the way it is set up. There are 5 different workouts for the week. I would never get bored because it is something different everyday! I definitely would recommend this workout to men or women that don't have a lot of time to workout but want something that will really work you!! I am a dripping, sweaty mess by the end of each video. Short workouts are my favorite but I want something intense so T25 is perfect!!
I also thought that adding in some more intense strength training would be great for taking my fitness routine to the next level. Chalean Extreme was also an easy choice because I love Chalene Johnson and I have heard such great things about Chalean Extreme. I also purchased this one a few weeks ago....I did a couple of the workouts just to see what I was up against and it is AWESOME!! It is a little scary for me because weight lifting is so foreign but I am excited and ready for the challenge!!
Shakeology is also something new that I am trying! I was super skeptical because I knew that this meal replacement was packed with SO much "good stuff" that it had to taste AWFUL! I was wrong. I actually really like it. I tried the Chocolate and it is very chocolatey so that helps me reduce my cravings for chocolate. It isn't just a protein shake. That is what I thought initially. It is a super food meal replacement shake that has ingredients that we will NEVER be able to consume in one day but we all should!! It is all natural and sweetened with Stevia so it also fits in to my "clean eating" diet. Perfect!!
My Plan:I plan to work out 6 days a week....NO EXCUSES!! I will be doing T25 on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays and ChaLEAN Extreme on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I also plan on drinking Shakeology for one meal a day.
