I drink a lot of water daily! Sometimes I get tired of PLAIN OL' WATER!! Instead of flavoring with artificially sweetened powder....I like to add in fresh fruit and veggies!! It tastes SO good and makes it so much easier to get in my required amount of H2O! The flavor is amazing but let's not forget that you are also adding nutrients into your water!
Cucumber Mango Spa Water
- 2 quarts of water
- 1/2 seedless cucumber (sliced)
- 1 cup frozen or fresh mango (diced)
Add water, cucumber and mango to a 2 quart pitcher and refrigerate.
**This would also be delicious with some fresh mint! You can really add anything you like. :)
