{Meal Planning Monday} Yes...I know it's not Monday! :) May 7th, 2013

Okay, Okay! So I am a day late! Ooops! Yesterday kind of flew by and I didn't have time to plan out my meals for the week! So here ya go! This is what I am planning on eating for dinner this week. It is kind of a vegetarian week. Sometimes I just don't feel like a lot of meat! I don't know why. It is always a good idea to have at least one meatless meal in your week! It is budget friendly, healthy for you and healthy for the planet!



Monday: Baked Goat Cheese Salad

Tuesday:Lettuce Taco Cups

Wednesday:Avocado Egg Salad in a lettuce wrap or whole grain pita!

Thursday: Out to dinner

Friday: Crustless Spinach Quiche with Apple Onion Salad

Saturday: Out to dinner or Take Out

 Sunday: Crock Pot Salsa Verde Chicken over brown rice
