{What I Ate Wednesday} 11/4/15

Happy Wednesday!!!

AHH...what a crazy week so far! Super busy...as always. Halloween was so awesome this past weekend. We had so much fun. We dressed up as a family and took the kids trick or treating. What do you think of our costumes?



Anywho....also super busy with this crazy built-in project. We are in the tile stage now. UGH! I will post pics soon!

Wanna know what I have been eating lately? I thought it was time for another WIAW post!!


Breakfast: Steel Cut Oatmeal with raisins, walnuts and real maple syrup. YUM!


Snack: A slice of pumpkin bread with Coconut Chobani Greek yogurt and blueberries


Lunch: Banana wrap with a few pepitas that I roasted yesterday from our pumpkin carving over the weekend.


Snack: An apple, almonds and some freeze dried fruit



Dinner: Spaghetti squash with chicken sausage, pesto and Parmesan cheese

Dessert: A piece of my Moms sweet potato pie and some chamomile tea
