{My Plan For the Week} Sunday Planning

Hi!! Just finished my yoga workout and MAN I am feeling good!! I did the 21 day Fix {Yoga Fix.} It is my favorite yoga video right now. I was really sore from doing Piloxing the past couple days so this was much needed. I am sore is a good way! :)



Now on to my plan for the week:

Breakfast will be....

Overnight Oats of course! I may try a new recipe this week though to switch it up!



Lunch will be....

  • leftovers

  • banana wraps


  • Eggs and Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin toast

Snacks will be...


  • Greek yogurt with berries

  • Apple and almonds

  • Green tea

  • Homemade trail mix: raw almonds, peanuts, raisins and dark chocolate chips




Dinners....




  • Breakfast for dinner: Omelettes and Pancakes are our faves. I use Bobs Red Mill 12 grain pancake mix and add bananas while cooking. The bananas caramelize and the kids and hubby LOVE these!



{workouts}

  • 21 day fix: I will probably do her pilates and yoga this week.
