{What I Ate Wednesday} 5/14/13

Hey you guys!! This is actually {What I Ate Monday} appetite has been pretty strange lately. I have been craving carbs and yogurt! Some days I am ravenous all day and other days...I get so pre-occupied and I have to remind myself to eat! This was one of my lighter days of eating. I am trying to focus on drinking plenty of water and have been doing pretty well with that.

Breakfast: Mango Coconut bread...yumm! You should make some of this today! ;)

Lunch: Very random but tasty! Avocado, banana and scrambled eggs

Snack: Strawberries, organic vanilla Greek yogurt and Truwhip. This tastes like dessert!!

Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Mac-n-Cheese by Dashing Dish (This was really good I should have added more buffalo sauce. My heartburn has been awful so I went kind of light on it. I only used half of what the recipe called for. Next time I will definitely use the full amount!)

Dessert: (not pictured) A couple squares of dark usual.

  1. Yum! I eat dark chocolate almost every day as well, even while losing weight. And I love your take an eating real food. That is always what makes me the most satisfied and feel my best. Hope you are having a great week!.
